"A Plunge in the Middle Ages between History, Nature and Wellness", this motto contains our philosophy of hospitality. Our guests can rediscover the pleasure of having a chat with friends, since there are no distractions of the technologies we are used to (televisions, cell phones), they can listen to the noise of silence and discover raising our eyes to the wonder that our cities manage to obscure. All this will help to recover an inner balance that will make your holiday even more special.

The “Santo estate” is located in the charming Tuscany countryside, between Siena and Grosseto. It is an ancient and evocative medieval village, in the middle of the uncontaminated Low Merse Natural Oasis, adjacent to the old Petriolo open air hot springs. It is surrounded by a 1200 hectares ground, where olive trees, chestnut trees, cork oaks, elms and brooms grow, and Maremma cows, horses, deers, and wild oars live in freedom.

The evocative stone structure of hamlets and farm houses bring back to a medieval village, apartments and rooms have been restored in the respect of tradition: here body and soul can restore, in close contact with nature. Private religious functions can be celebrated in the small ancient church, ordained to Saints Filippo and Giacomo.

The location can now host up to 120 people. Also available large rooms for courses and lessons, and open air spaces for ourdoor activities, a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the valley, futsal/volley court, table tennis and billiard room.

Our guests will enjoy typical Tuscany dishes (also vegetarian), cooked for them. The philosophy of our location is “A plunge in middle-ages, between history, nature and wellness”.
