Carlo Gelateria Cioccolateria Cafè, recently was included among the 100 best ice cream parlors in Italy by Corriere della Sera thanks to the creations of Carlo Viti elected by SIGEP Ambassador of homemade ice cream in the world.



Carlo Viti has been proposing his creations for over 25 years without ever neglecting the creative aspect of his work.


Over the years it has added to its historical tastes (such as pistachio, chocolate, hazelnut) particular, innovative and avant-garde tastes: from the famous and award-winning ice cream to celery, to the one in the pod or to the Jack Fruit.
