We are a Trevigiano Jazz group formed in 2010 on the initiative of double bass player Ivan Biasi and guitarist / arranger Dario Volpi. The valid collaboration of the jazz singer Valeria Bruniera and the American drummer Tim Smethurst complete the quartet.

Standard jazz, bossa nova, swing, pop and rock revisited and rearranged but also Italian Swing.
The love for jazz and Latin / jazz gives rise to the idea of bringing newbies to this musical genre. This is how original interpretations of well-known pieces (pop, rock and Italian) are born with rhythms ranging from swing, bossa nova to Caribbean etc...! Video:
The most recent project of the group, also presented at the International Jazz Day in Treviso, is that of the Italian Swing, that is to retrieve the Italian pieces that were influenced by this American style from the 1920s to the 1950s. Songs of the Cetra Quartet, Trio Lescano, Gorni Kramer etc. are re-proposed and revisited according to our taste.
