This period villa, built at the end of 1800s by Prince Nicolaci of Villadorata, is a private residence which opens its doors exclusively to host special events like weddings, exhibitions and receptions: it is also the perfect backdrop for professional photography or for a movie.

The location is located on the top of the hill and from its terraces it is possible to admire both the Ionian and Mediterranean Sea that intersect at Capo Passero, the farthest southeast point of Sicily, as well as the Vendicari natural reserve.

The structure in Gothic style is characterized by the showy Guelphs Merlons on the parapets of balconies and terraces, and for the Ghibelline Merlons crowing the entire palace.

The villa was designed by architect Francesco Cassone for Prince Corrado Nicolaci and his wife Cecchina Cannizzaro. In fact, on the main facade, it is possible to see the coats of arms of the two Houses.
