The basic philosophy of our cuisine pays homage to tradition thanks to the quality of home-made bread, fresh pasta and hand-drawn by our Chef, to meat, to the careful research of meats and cheeses and fresh fish from the sea. The care in the choice of high-quality local ingredients allows the creation of dishes "simple" by our Chef revisits to satisfy all tastes.
