Experience, style, research, knowledge and all the passion for catering of sushi chef Zàira Guccione. For Zàira, the passion for catering comes from afar. It is written in his family history, in the teachings with his father, manager since the 70s of various clubs and restaurants in Turin, cooking teacher, with a curriculum that boasts collaborations with some of the best names in the sector, including the Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Massimo Bottura.
Since 1994, Zàira has been actively involved in cooking, in contact with that world that fascinates her with her colors and flavours. Sushi Dreams was born in February 2022, with the aim of offering the city of Lecce gourmet sushi with the right price, traditional but at the same time original in combinations. A journey between Italian regional cuisine and Japan, in a unique and surprising mix. Zàira, as the perfect hostess, accompanies her guests along an emotional journey, explaining in detail raw materials, cooking and preparations.
